We’ve whittled down the 11,500 or so submissions and found a super rad dude by the name of Harmony Korine (Spring Breakers anyone?!) to head the expert judging panel of professionally impressive humans that will cast their eyes over the submissions. However, our panel have a bit on their plate what with being professionally impressive and all and can’t do all the judging on their own! This is where you, dear reader, come into play. We want YOU to cast your vote on the image that you think should take out the prestigious title of the 2013 Pedestrian.TV Photo of the Year.
