In the wide, wide universe that is the Marvel fandom, two heroes that you wouldn’t think to put together are Chris Hemsworth and Tom Holland. Why? Well, just because their characters, Thor and Spider-Man, respectively, don’t reaaaaally have much in common, other than the fact that they’re sassy members of The Avengers and have anchored their own respective film franchises.
The actors have starred in a total of three movies together, two of which are from the Marvel franchise: Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
But it’s the third film that we’re discussing here, one that came before their Marvel union: the 2015 flick, In The Heart of the Sea.
While doing promo for the flick, an interviewer asked them both at separate times which co-star they’d rather eat (???), and both blokes said each other.
A clip of the iconic interview has since resurfaced on Instagram and I legit cannot stop watching it.
When asked which co-star he’d rather eat, without hesitation, Chris Hemsworth says: “Tom Holland looks pretty delicious, doesn’t he?”
In a separate interview, Tom Holland later says he’d want to eat Chris Hemsworth because “there’s more of him, you’d feed more people with Chris.”
I just… I can’t. Screaming. Howling. Dying. Crying. Etc.
