Filming for the Sex and the City revival, titled And Just Like That, is in full swing and there’s been all kinds of behind-the-scenes tea coming out.
From spicy set pics to rumours of a main character being killed off, the show seems to be struggling to keep things under wraps.
One of the reasons for this is because a bunch of insiders have been spilling tea to international goss guru Deuxmoi, including an extra who just revealed what it’s like working on the set of one of the most iconic series of all time.
The extra wrote in to Deux and revealed which stars have been lovely and which one was a “diva.”
“So I just spent a few days on set as an extra on And Just Like That [with a] teeny tiny non speaking part,” they wrote in the message.
“Spoke to many of the cast, here’s the tea.”
They went on to write that Sarah Jessica Parker (aka Carrie Bradshaw) was “lovely and kind” and “nice to EVERYONE,” adding that she’s “very involved in production.”
Meanwhile Julie Halston (Bitsy) was “THE BEST” and Willie Garson (aka Stanford) was “sooo nice.”
They said the Sex and the City husbands, all of whom have returned for the spicy revival, despite rumours of the contrary, had “no attitudes” and “just showed up and delivered.”
The only cast member they seemed to complain about was Mario Cantone (aka Charlotte’s BFF Anthony) who they described as a “diva” and they added an “lol” at the end, which you always do when you’re trying to play down how cooked something is, right?
Another Deuxmoi disciple wrote in shortly after and concurred that Willie Garson is an angel as they “met him on the set of the original Sex and the City movie.”
“He spoke with me for at least 10-15 minutes. Just a bystander, not even an extra,” they recalled. “Stanny is exactly as he seems, so caring and down to earth. Love to see it.”
