In the latest of many kerfuffles since the last season ended, Farmer Wants A Wife contestant Nickia has hit out at Farmer Will Dwyer and called him a ‘narcissistic gaslighter’ because of his comments about Hayley Love‘s pregnancy. Is post-season drama in the contracts for these people or what???
To catch you up (trust me, you need the context), there’s been quite a bit of swapping and dating between Farmer Wants A Wife contestants. Hayley Love was a runner-up on the show for Farmer Matt Trewin, and is currently close friends with Nickia, who was one of the contestants paired with Farmer Sam Messina.
After filming finished and Hayley was sent home by Farmer Matt, she started dating Farmer Will, but they broke up. She’s since released a statement alleging to News.com.au that she is pregnant with Will’s child, but Will acknowledged the allegations in a way that has raised eyebrows.

Sharing a vintage photo of his own father, Will wrote: “My family are my world, and my parents were the perfect role models. When the time comes, I will be the best Dad I can be. If this is in fact my child, I’ll be there whenever the child needs me. Even if as parents we can’t be a couple, our family will be filled with love for our child.
“But one thing I learnt from my Father is that discretion is the better part of valour. I’m sad that this has played out in public. I want only the best for Hayley. I’ll say what needs to be said in private and let my deeds do the talking.”
Obviously, it’s kinda suss to say ‘if this is in fact my child,’ since, you know, that puts the paternity of Hayley’s child under scrutiny.
Anyway, that brings us to Nickia, who fucking slammed Will in an Instagram story responding to his implication that he may not be the father of Hayley’s baby.
“It’s so funny when a narcissistic gaslighter tells the world he’s a narcissistic gaslighter,” Nickia wrote in an Instagram story.
“It’s the subtle slut shame of the mother of his child for me. When the time comes? The time came 6 months ago buddy when Hayley fell pregnant.”
Nickia continued to blast Will, alleging he is the father of Hayley’s child and that he said “vile” things to her.
“Majority of what Will has said “in private” has been vile, and I know because I’ve read it. Anyone who listens to a word of a man who turns his back on his child because ‘he doesn’t want baggage’ (his words) is as bad as he is.”
Woof.
I wish this was all just fake PR drama for the highly anticipated Farmer Wants A Wife reunion special, because otherwise this actually really sad, for everyone involved.
