Several MAFS Stars Appear To Have Access To Their IGs Again, Based On These Wild Posts Last Night

MAFS contestants have been known to go rogue on Instagram while the season airs, spilling all kinds of tea, spoilers, and controversial posts, so to spare us from the drama this year, the Married At First Sight producers have been running each 2021 star’s social media.

But following last night’s bombshell finale, a couple of contestants appear to have been given back the keys to their respective Instagram pages and they wasted no time in going HAM on the ‘grams.

MAFS groom Jake Edwards wrote that he “completely wasted my time” on the show, adding that he “should have walked out a long time ago,” which surely doesn’t sound like something a producer would write, right?

Meanwhile Bryce Ruthven, known creature of chaos, shared two posts that sounded way too filtered to have actually come from him.

I’m betting the MAFS producers are still holding his Instagram password hostage:

As for his MAFS bride Melissa Rawson, this one could honestly go either way, TBH, but I feel like it was her doing the talking (or should that be writing?) here, as her caption sounded as loved-up as ever:

“I am so grateful to everyone who has been so supportive, encouraging, even constructive in their public thoughts and comments about myself and @bryceruthven. All I ever wanted was to fall in love and be true to who I am and I’m so lucky and proud that I was able to achieve both of those feats. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and even though our @mafs journey has come to an end, this is just the beginning of the rest of our lives.”

I have no doubt that the posts shared by bisexual MAFS groom Liam Cooper were actually penned by him, as he discusses what it’s been like sharing his sexuality with the world. I’m betting the producers wanted to give him a chance to control his own narrative after the shitshow that went down on-screen.

“It’s not easy going on national tv and speaking about your sexuality,” he began. “I am grateful to have been matched with Georgia. On our wedding day, G was understanding and accepting about me being Bisexual and words can not describe how I felt knowing I had a partner who was accepting, understanding, and didn’t judge me. By me coming on this experiment, I am hoping this leads to others being accepting and making more awareness of the LGBTQIA+ Community. Please remember, never be afraid to be who you are! You are loved no matter what.”

He also bids an emotional farewell to his MAFS bride, Georgia Fairweather, in a video titled, ‘The Final Chapter.’

As everyone is well aware Georgia and I did not make it past final vows. I would just like to take the time to thank everyone for their support along this crazy journey.

This journey was not an easy one for me. This was my first relationship in over 6 years. I was the first ever bisexual groom on married at first sight and I know that didn’t sit well with some people but haters are gonna hate. I learnt a lot about myself while participating in the experiment and I am so grateful for having that opportunity.

Id like to take this time to thank Georgia (G) for being my “wife”. We started off strong and no one really got to see the funny goofy side to us. There was a lot of laughs between us, a lot of drinking and a lot of country music. We shared a lot of happy memories together and I’ll always cherish those memories we had but unfortunately the last dinner party is where we came unstuck and we were not able to get back on track.which I take responsibility for. I know I hurt you at the final dinner party and I am truly sorry for that. I will always love you G. You will always have a place in my heart. There is a bond between us that will always be there because of this experiment. You came Into my life for a reason and I believe you are my soul mate. Soulmates are just that, they are mates of your soul. On our wedding day to me it felt like I had know you for Years and now I understand why. I believe soulmates come together to help awaken each other and remind each other of who they really are and for that, I thank you.

I really wish things had worked out differently for us G. I wish we didn’t let people get inside our heads and I wish we were better at communicating. I wish you all the best with your life journey and I hope you find the guy you are looking for. I am sorry that wasn’t me.

All the best G ❤️????

Beck Zemek, however, shared a post that was way too filtered, especially given what a bullshit ride MAFS has been for her, so I have no doubt that the producers are still in control of this one.

“Wishing everyone nothing but the best, in their search for love,” she wrote.

As was controversial MAFS groom Jason Engler, who wrote: “I see your true colours.” Da fuck?

As for his MAFS bride, I can’t tell if Alana Lister is her strings are still being pulled by the MAFS team or if she was being her usual classy self with this post:

“Our final couch session. In the end we just couldn’t make it work but I know we both tried our best. I have never felt so close to someone in such a short amount of time and it breaks my heart knowing that we let it all slip away. Jason I know will find the perfect woman for him in the future. Unfortunately for us, it just was not meant to be. All the best.”

Sam Carraro was obvs all over his own Insta last night, having been yeeted from the show weeks ago.

Have a read of this: “People can talk shit all they want in life, but then their will always be the truth some way or another it always comes out, & in this very moment it did & their wasn’t much I had to say.”

And finally, Belinda Vickers, who probs wrote this herself, shared: “After everything, we made it.” Bless.
