Eating out in NYC and SYD with David Chang

David Chang admitted, on camera, to eating plain old bread ‘n butter. HA! Fuken gotcha now, Chang! So, he is one of us after all.

He does also mention Beluga caviar* in the next breath though, sooo…he’s like us, just with more Michelin stars. So when Pedestrian sat down with him when he was out here to share his top secret BULLEIT Whiskey pickleback recipe we asked for his favourite restaurants across the world, and he was kind enough not to just list all of the restaurants that he owns.

Having said that you should definitely hit up Momofuku Noodle Bar, Momofuku Ssam Bar, Ma Peche, Milk Bar and Momofuku Ko in New York City, Momofuku Seiobo in Sydney, and the Momofuku Toronto restaurants Momofuku Noodle Bar (TO), Nikai, Daisho and Shoto.
