Momofuku Chef David Chang Has Zero Chill; Says Australia’s Burgers Suck


David Chang, owner and chef of US restaurant Momofuku, has made some rather aggressive statements about our fair country’s ability to flip burgers. 
What’s his gripe? Our ‘Strayan additions: beetroot & fried egg.
“You know who fucks up burgers more than anyone else in the world? Australians. Australia has no idea what a burger is. They put a fried egg on their burger. They put canned beetroot on it, like a wedge of it. I am not joking you. This is how they eat their burger.”
He ragged on our beetroot, you guys  Who wants to hold, and who wants to punch? 
But, we’re happy to be chill about his vastly incorrect statement, because the absolute weirdo is also against tomato, onion, certain types of lettuce, certain types of cheese, and he also hates mustard.  So… he just wants a cheeseburger with ‘American cheese’, pickles, meat, and tomato sauce. He’s heard of McDonalds, yeah?
