Sweet Angel Chrissy Teigen Got Her Lost Nintendo Switch Back Safe & Sound

The upside of portable game consoles like the Nintendo Switch is that you can take them pretty much anywhere, but the downside, if you also happen to be clumsy, is that you can also lose them anywhere – the joy of playing Breath Of The Wild at 35,000 feet is nothing compared with the agony of realising you left your system in a plane’s seat pocket.

Model and all-round delightful human being Chrissy Teigen recently found herself in this very stressful situation, when she realised she had left her Switch in a hotel in Springfield, Ohio. An avid fan of Super Mario Odyssey, Teigen has been documenting her progress in the game for the past few weeks, and was left devastated without it.

She took to Twitter with an urgent plea for help, saying “I need my moons back”, and was inundated with offers to retrieve it. One fan even wrote: “Chrissy!!! I’m from Springfield and I just called the hotel and they said they found it and it’s already in the package to be sent out!!! I would be lost without my Switch so I feel your struggle!”

“GOD IS GOOD,” she replied to the fan. It’s unclear whether she contacted to the hotel herself to arrange for the Switch to be returned, but either way, she Tweeted another update overnight, showing husband John Legend opening up a FedEx package with her lost Switch inside.

Her “yaaaaaay!” is just way too pure and fills our hearts with joy.

Teigen, who is currently pregnant with her second child, got right back into the business of collecting moons, and is once again keeping us updated with important information about her journey through Mario Odyssey.

It’s truly a Chrissy-mas miracle.
