Hermes Sues ebay

In what is considered a giant win for Hermes and for fashion labels in general, a French court has ruled in favour of the leather goods giant in its case against online auction site ebay…

Ebay was ordered to pay 20, 000 euros in damages for failing to moderate the authenticity of the products that were advertised as authentic Hermes products.

In a statement, a Hermès spokesman said the win was “an important step in the fight against counterfeiting.”

EBay said it takes counterfeiting seriously and since the Hermès case was brought has put new procedures in place to fight it by more closely scrutinizing sellers. This is a great but lets be honest if Ebay aka Fape-town, actually cracked down on all the counterfeits it was selling I would come across alot less **AUTHENTIC DIOR HOMME TRENCH COAT BLACK ITALIAN WOOL** for $100 outright.
