Noted hair-haver and gyrating rake with a penchant for saying words, Russell Brand continues his whirlwind media tour spouting the ills of capitalist systems and the need for revolution – ethoi you can hear about by purchasing tickets to see him live in concert.
‘Course for all his criticisms – like, for instance, the fact that he says relatively uninteresting things in an interesting manner, making him a modern day equivalent of a Miracle Tonic peddler – he does have a knack for occasionally gazing upon a spade and recognising it as such.
And it’s this ability to correctly identify garden tools that shone through during this brief interview with the Today Show, wherein he had a few choice words to say about our benevolent Prime Minister, Tony Abbott. Namely, the fact that he’s a “raving lunatic.”
