Get The Popcorn, Malcolm Turnbull’s Gonna Be On ‘Q&A’ Next Week

Well HERE WE BLOODY GO, folks. After being unceremoniously knifed by his own party and then watching them lose his previously safe-as-houses seat in spectacular fashion, former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is set to put the kettle on in a special edition of the ABC’s perennial shouty show Q&A next week.

Aunty announced that Turnbull will the lone panelist on a very special edition of the show, which is set to go to air next Thursday night.

Since being deposed as Prime Minister in August, and subsequently stepping down from Parliament altogether, Turnbull has largely attempted to stay out of the media spotlight, spurning most major media requests and ducking out of the country to spend time in New York City while the remaining members of the now-Morrison Government were left to clean up the ungodly mess they made for themselves.

This appearance on Q&A marks the first time Turnbull will make a major media appearance since the stepping away from Parliament, and certainly the first major media appearance since the Liberal Party managed to torpedo themselves at the subsequent Wentworth by-election. The only difference with this, is that it will carry the unique addendum of the interviewer being members of the Australian public.

Per the ABC’s press release on the special episode:

Politics. Parties. Leadership. Disruption. Growth. Climate. Gender. Prices. Innovation. Conservatism. Entitlement. Compassion.

So many questions left unanswered. What will you ask Malcolm Turnbull?

Oh boy. Oh boy oh boy.

Q&A with Malcolm Turnbull is scheduled to air on ABC at 8pm on Thursday, November 8th.

Strap in, folks.
