He might be a certified shitbag and the human manifestation of Evil Kirby, but one thing that cannot be denied about Kyle Sandilands is the fact that he’s somehow conned people into giving him an inordinate amount of money to peddle his wholly unique brand of muck.
Sandilands has often flashed his wealth around the traps and isn’t shy about bragging about it, but up until now the exact dollar amount of what he commands has been an unknown.
Ever since Kyle & Jackie O were spirited away over to KIIS FM, the question has lingered: what offer exactly did the station put under Kyle’s probably odorous nose in order to convince him to jump ship?
Turns out? It was a really, really, really, really big one.
Ben Fordham grilled Kyle over what exactly he earns, with Kyle initially suggesting he commands “more than Alan” referring to Alan Jones.
When pressed further, Kyle put a dollar figure on it.
“More than $3million.”
More. Than. Three. Million. Dollars. Per. Year.
And that’s just the salary that KIIS pays him.
That’s about $60,000 per week.
More power to him and all that, but that’s way too much fucken money. Way, way, way too much.
