Anthony Mundine Really Does Not Want You To Vaccinate Your Children

With the way the internet works, there is a very real chance that an elderly relative of yours could run afoul of the YouTube algorithm, coming across a few weird videos and years later become a flat earther. If you fall down the wrong rabbit hole online, you will go from getting served the occasional video about the history of the Roman Empire to getting nothing but videos about white nationalism. Left alone to the internet without any intervention, people can be radicalised to some positively ridiculous things. This is part of why anti-vaxxers are a thing. This is, maybe, why Anthony Mundine is posting anti-vaxxer nonsense.

Rocketing past the usual ‘I’m not an anti-vaxxer, I’m just asking questions’ stage, Mundine has launched himself into full-blown anti-vax mode, telling people to not at all — not even once — vaccinate their children against preventable diseases:

Mundine was seemingly flipped due to the 2016 ‘documentary’ Vaxxed, which claims that the United States’ Center for Disease Control has engaged in a large scale cover-up of how vaccines cause autism (as we all know, they do not, and you can read an extensive debunking of the claims in the documentary here).

Mundine is joining the fun ranks of ‘vaccine sceptical’ celebrities like Pete Evans, who will believe in pretty much anything except the efficacy of vaccines.

Vaccinate! Your! Kids! For the love of god!
