Amanda Bynes Threatens Perez Hilton, US Weekly With Tenuous Legal Action

It’s a little known fact that a Tweet is a legally-binding statement; ‘Once you Tweet it, you can’t delete it‘ goes the age old saying that doesn’t exist. Following this thread of logic, tenuous at best, Amanda Bynes is threatening commensal rock-bottom gossip outlets Perez Hilton and US Weekly with tenuous legal action following their reporting that Bynes is mentally unstable. Earlier this week Bynes appeared in Times Square this week with a shirt on her head. Classic Bynes, nothing to see here.

Bynes, best friend of Tracy Turnblad and increasingly loose cannon, Tweeted [aka submitted an affidavit; an affidav@] her intention to sue the pants off Hilton, who recently became a father [upsetting], and the tabloid [also upsetting] “for continuing to act like I’m doing something wrong by tweeting and walking to photoshoots. Fuck you.”

Last week Bynes made international headlines when she published a tweet detailing her request that Drake “murder her vagina,” prompting literally tens of thousands to ask ‘What even is that?‘ ‘What is happening to Amanda Bynes?‘ ‘This is news wtf???111‘ ‘Where can I get a #TeamBynes t-shirt?‘ and, hopefully, someone, ‘Are you okay Mandy? It’s me, Mom.‘
