Amanda Bynes Announces She’s Pursuing A Rap Career Which Means It’s Over For You Bitches

Amanda Bynes is officially pursuing a rap career, and as the founding member of the I’m Rooting For Amanda Bynes Club, I love this for her.

Bynes, of The Amanda Show fame, took to Instagram on Thursday to drop a teaser of her new track ‘Diamonds’, featuring Precise.

She only raps for around 12 seconds in the clip, giving us the iconic line: “Diamonds, Diamonds on my neck, on my wrist.”

I mean, Shakespeare could NEVER.

It’s unclear if this is just a one-off track, or if Bynes is seriously considering a rap career. But honestly, if she pursues this full-time, it’s over for you bitches.

I simply cannot stress just how much I love this for her.

Like many child stars, Bynes went through a bit of a rough patch over the last decade. For the last seven years, she has been under a conservatorship, not unlike Britney Spears’ current situation.

However, unlike the whole #FreeBritney thing, Amanda seems to be making some actual progress in her recovery and even graduated from LA’s prestigious FIDM fashion school in 2019.

As someone who keeps close tabs on Bynes’ movements, I was under the impression that she was leaning hard into the fashion industry, so a rap career is a bit of a curveball. However, as we’ve seen with the likes of Kanye West, the two fields aren’t mutually exclusive.

Yeezy, I’ma let you finish but Amanda Bynes is about to have the greatest rap debut of *all time*.

There’s no word on a release date just yet, but here’s hoping this is the start of a long and prosperous rap career for Amanda.
