Surely a fun loving Wizard with a penchant for disrobing is cause for celebration, not pigheaded retaliation. Unfortunately one overzealous (and probably shroomed up) punter learned the hard way that when in public you should probably keep you wand in your pants. Lets call this “Don’t tase me bro” the Coachella edition.
