So MTV banned Miley Cyrus from performing at the VMAs after the infamous twerking incident of 2013, but they didn’t ban her from hosting, a fact they and she plan to exploit to the fullest when she fronts the 2015 ceremony.

The 22-year-old ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer and pizza enthusiast has made it her mission to get you as hyped as humanly possible for the ceremony, on August 30, and with that in mind, just posted the below video to her Instagram.
In it, she stands in front of a headache-inducingly green background in a fluffy jacket-crop top combo, with a pair of giant sparkly cherries on her head, and winds her middle finger up like a jack-in-the-box.
Said finger is then deployed, along with a healthy dose of tongue. In other words, it’s a fairly average weekday for Miley:
