The Nicki Minaj vs Miley Cyrus brouhaha has just entered the next round at the MTV Music Video Awards, which for anyone not currently couchside, is happening right this very minute.
Nicki was on-stage accepting her Best Hip-Hop Video award for the iconic Anaconda and used the opportunity to exterminate Cyrus for chatting shite about how unkind and impolite she is to the New York Times – direct to Miley’s face, y’know, because she was standing mere metres away fulfilling her hosting duties.
After she said her thank you’s etc, Nicki:

“We’re all in the industry, we all do interviews, and we all know how they manipulate,” she said. Although it’s hard to see how what she said – “What I read sounded very Nicki Minaj, which, if you know Nicki Minaj is not too kind. It’s not very polite” – could mean ANYTHING other than “Nicki Minaj is not kind, nor is she polite.”
