Kesha Is Officially Playing Mardi Gras 2020 & That’ll Probably Turn Sydney To Dust

Well here we bloody go, mates. Organising officials at the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras have just revealed that the one and only Kesha has been tapped to join the lineup at the increasingly mammoth Party event in 2020. Gird your loins, and the loins of whomstever else you choose.

Kesha was revealed as a headline artist for the Party a short time ago in a video post to the Mardi Gras social media accounts, in which Kesha’s eyes and teeth somehow both sparkle.

Kesha joins the previously-announced Dua Lipa as the key attractions for the Party, which is set to take over the Hordern Pavillion and surrounding Moore Park areas next February.

Kesha’s long-awaited new album High Road is due for release on January 10, marking her first new material in three years (it reportedly has a song on it called Kinky that “features Ke$ha,” which sounds insane and I want it immediately).

The 2020 Mardi Gras Party goes down on Saturday, February 29th, beginning at 10pm and running right through until 8am the next day.

Tickets for the legitimately bananas huge event are on-sale right now. You can cop all the details via the Mardi Gras website.

Kesha. Dua Lipa. Mardi Gras.

Hooley fucken dooley.
