Buff babe Zac Efron is bringing the Friday vibe to us, all the way from his cryotherapy treatment.

The IRL Troy Bolton (yes, he’s gone on to do many other flicks since then but he’ll always be Troy Bolton to me) shared a video to his Instagram Story where he was having a good old time during ACL surgery.
Efron got his A+ rig out to dance to the classic Vanilla Ice banger, ‘Ice Ice Baby’ alongside his mate.

The trip into the chamber likely has to do with Efron’s ongoing physical therapy after he underwent surgery to repair his ACL. The actor announced that he opted for surgery after tearing the ligament in his knee while skiing.
“I tore my ACL shredding the gnar but all is good,” Efron wrote on Instagram. “I opted for surgery so I can come back stronger than ever. Thank you to Dr. Kvitne and his team at Kerlan-Jobe Surgery Center.”
“I’ll keep you updated as I heal and progress!” he added. “Thanks for all the love and positivity!”
According to Deadline, Zac Efron recently joined the cast of Scoob, the animated Scooby-Doo flick which is set for a mid-2020 release.
Efron will voice the blonde leader Fred Jones and Mean Girls star Amanda Seyfried will voice his GF, the purple-loving Daphne Blake.
They’ll join an already-star-studded line-up, including Tracy Morgan (as Captain Caveman), Will Forte (as Shaggy) and Gina Rodriguez (as Velma).
Since it’s animated, we sadly won’t be seeing his abs-olutely divine bod so we’ll have to settle for these cheeky cryo therapy vids.
