If you haven’t joined the tens of millions who’ve seen Star Wars: The Force Awakens… what exactly is your excuse*?
Luckily for you, Saturday Night Live’s turn with the flick’s baddie Adam Driver is delightfully spoiler-free, unless you count the knowledge a Star Wars antagonist is liable to force choke his underlings a spoiler.
Riffing off the fantastic/terrible Undercover Boss and the show’s predilection towards YOLO-ing said bosses’ makeovers, the skit finds Ren temporarily demoted to a lowly radar technician named Matt. Sinister.
The ruse, like most others on the actual Undercover Boss, is hilariously/terribly shortlived; this time, Rick from Checker’s Restaurant is a a galaxy far, far away from Kylo of Starkiller Base. He probably doesn’t have a lightsaber, either.
