Twilight this isn’t.
The first official trailer for the gritty, grey-hued sci-fi western from Animal Kingdom writer-director David Michod, The Rover, has finally hit the internet.
The thriller is set in a dystopian near-future and follows Eric (Guy Pearce) as he hunts a dangerous gang of criminals alongside Rey (Robert Pattinson) a “naive and injured” member of said gang who was left behind to die.
The Rover is slated for release this year.
