Watch A Trailer For Julian Assange’s New Chat Show ‘The Wolrd Tomorrow”

The M.I.A. endorsed Wikileaks founder has dropped a short teaser trailer for his upcoming television series, The World Tomorrow, which airs tomorrow online and on Russian television and hints at a compelling half hour of social discourse as well as a new found love of dubstep. Assange, who is currently under house arrest in England, filmed the series in his temporary abode in the countryside while awaiting a British Supreme Court decision on his appeal against extradition to Sweden, a grievance he can’t help but air in the voiceover. “For 500 days now I’ve been detained without charge,” he says. “But that hasn’t stopped us.”

The twelve part series will include a collection of interviews featuring an eclectic range of guests including politicians, revolutionaries, intellectuals, artists and visionaries. According to Assange the main aim of the show is “to capture and present some of this revolutionary spirit to a global audience”. Good luck with that Julian.
