T-Swift Considers Legal Action Over Kimye Snapping ‘Famous’ Phone Call Vid

Have you had a nice rest? A good little snooze, after yesterday’s drama-filled day of T-Swift v. Kimye

Good! Now, WAKE UP – A FRESH NEW DAY OF TEA AND SHADE IS HERE WAITING 4 YOUUUU.
Yesterday, Kim Kardashian-West decided she’d had e-bloody-nough of Taylor Swift claiming she never approved her husband Kanye West‘s song ‘Famous’, which includes the lyric,

‘I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that bitch famous.’
So, Kimmy decided to post Snapchat footage of Kanye on the phone to Taylor, on speaker – which has outright confirmed that not only did Kanye read the sexual lyric to her, she also outright said that she thought it was “a compliment”.
If you missed it, here’s shaky and not good footage of the moment in question:
Taylor responded on Instagram, saying she hasn’t wanted to be a part of this feud since the beginning, and accused Kim and Kanye of character assassination:

Experts are now saying that the couple could legally be in trouble over their video/hectic power move.
Sources say that Kim/Kanye‘s video was recorded in California, where it is actually illegal to record a phone call without the consent of all parties.
Now, TMZ is reporting that Tay is seriously considering legal action. Her legal team allegedly sent a cease and desist letter as soon as they found out about the recording, but Kimye released it anyway:
“Sources familiar with the situation tell us Taylor is undecided and is trying to think through the consequences of filing a police report.

When Taylor’s team found out about the recording, her lawyer fired off a letter to Kanye’s attorney, threatening legal action and notifying him the recording was a criminal violation … punishable as a felony.”
We’ll keep you updated of any developments. We know you want them. All of y’all have turned into this:
