When you’re Orlando Bloom, you can basically do whatever the hell you want.
You can join (now ex-) partner Katy Perry on a sunny getaway to Sardinia. You can paddleboard there while completely starkers. And you can jokingly address the subsequent paparazzi shots of your dong during a sit-down interview with ELLE.
During his most recent chat with the mag, the 40-year-old openly discussed the images, straight-up asking the interviewer “are we going to talk about my penis?”

Bloom said it surprised him that some enterprising photographer would bother to track the shot down, considering the fact him and Perry had “been completely alone for five days. Nothing around us.
“There was no way anyone could get anything. So I had a moment of feeling free.”
Doubling-down on the context behind his nudity, Bloom said “I wouldn’t have put myself in that position if I’d thought it would happen.”
That doesn’t mean he’s extremely cut up about the shots, though. The Pirates Of The Caribbean and Lord Of The Rings mainstay said “I didn’t take it that deep, darlin’.
“What can I tell you? Note to self: you’re never free.”
Of course, he also had to touch on the recent dissolution of his relationship with Perry. When asked, the bloke offered “it’s good. We’re all grown-up.”
“She happens to be someone who is very visible, but I don’t think anybody cares what I’m up to. Nor should they. It’s between us.”
