Lana Del Rey and Sean Larkin have split after about six months of dating, the police officer revealed in an interview with The New York Times.
Larkin, who is also a star of the cop reality TV series Live PD, told The New York Times in a profile that he and Del Rey are “just friends” now.
“We still talk and whatnot, we just have busy schedules right now,” he said.

Larkin wouldn’t say exactly how he and Del Rey met, but they sort of just crossed paths through work in New York one day and “just kind of hit it off from day one.” They did “boyfriend, girlfriend type of things together” like go to the beach and Target. He said their relationship was “very low key”.
Del Rey brought Larkin to the Grammy Awards back in January, where she was nominated for both album and song of the year for Norman F*cking Rockwell and its title song.
Larkin said he wasn’t nervous at the Grammys, “not at all.” And apart from the glitz and glamour, the copper said their relationship was normal. “When we were in Tulsa we hung out with my law enforcement friends and their spouses. We all Super Bowl partied together, dinners and things like that.”
“Normal things couple do with their friends,” he added.
As for Del Rey, the artist hasn’t publicly addressed the breakup on social media and she absolutely does not need to. For now, it appears she may or may not be creating new music. Earlier this week, she uploaded a screenshot of two voice memos. One is titled “If this is the end …I want a boyfriend” and the other “Grenadine quarantine 2”.
