Now that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are officially donezo, the rumour mill is churning with all kinds of goss about what led to the demise of their marriage and the end of the ultimate power couple known as Kimye.
One insider told Us Weekly that shit hit the fan in early December with one particularly gnarly fight.
“Kanye blew up at Kim and she was really upset,” says the source. “Things between them don’t seem to have healed since that.”
A separate insider added that it was “only a matter of time” until Kim Kardashian called it quits after trying to help him for years.
“She didn’t just walk away,” the source says. “The comments about North and the abortion were the final confirmation. She will protect the children first, always.”

ANOTHER insider told the publication the pair have “been living separate lives for many months now” and aren’t on the same page as West “isn’t as focused and doesn’t live in the real world.”
As for what led to the split, apparently Kanye’s Twitter outburst last year was the final straw for her.
“Kim is deeply upset with Kanye for talking about their personal life and for making matters that are very personal to them and their family public,” a source told Us Weekly.
Meanwhile a source close to Kanye told the mag that the rapper’s big gripe is that he’s “jealous of the amount of time Kim has dedicated to prison reform and the kids.
“Kanye wanted the family to move to Wyoming full-time. It’s where he sees this direction of his life going. Kim just doesn’t see their lives full-time in Wyoming.”
Earlier this week, Us Weekly reported that the pair had been in marriage counselling, but the spouses “haven’t had a joint session together in a while.”
“Kim has continued to meet with their marriage counsellor in solo sessions,” a source told them. “Kim’s singular focus is about how this will impact the kids, and Kanye has been receptive to engaging in those discussions.”
Despite all the reports, neither party has confirmed their split just wait (but my notifications are on both, believe you me).
