Man Trying To Spice Up ‘Keke Challenge’ Gets Hit By His Mate’s Car Instead

A man has walked away with just a couple of scars after he was hit by a car while doing the In My Feelings Challenge, otherwise known as the Keke Challenge… ‘cos you know “Keke, do you love me?”

If you’re unfamiliar with the latest social media craze, the dance challenge is inspired by Drake’s song of the same name and was started by American Instagram comedian and excellent dancer, Shiggy.

This right here, this is the dance:

So ever since Drake unleashed the song upon the charts and Shiggy turned it into a challenge, people have been doing the dance. At first it was innocent enough, just YouTubers, actors, and the Fab 5 getting it on.

Pure art.

But now, and I don’t know why, the challenge has turned into a jump-out-of-a-car thing. People are literally jumping out of cars in the middle of the road to do the challenge. In some cases, punters have even completed the challenge with the car in neutral which always has a 100 per cent success rate.

I’m sure if you’ve been aimlessly scrolling through your ‘explore’ feed on Instagram you would have seen one of these videos pop up.

Recently, a young lad in Florida by the name of Jaylen Norwood decided to spice up the dance by having a car come at him mid-challenge so he could jump onto the hood and continue dancing. Despite this brilliant planning, the attempt went south because Norwood ended up slipping on oil and getting hit by his mate.

He’s okay though, and had a giggle about it afterwards.

Ouch.

But guys, the little kid in the car LAUGHED as did his friend driving the goddamn car.

Naturally, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) in the United States has asked people to just stop it.

We’re sharing concerns about the #InMyFeelings challenge while driving. #DistractedDriving is dangerous and can be deadly. No call, no text, no update, and certainly no dance challenge is worth a human life.
