Fans Think Kanye Is Rapping About An Affair On His New Album & A ‘Source’ Just Spilled The Tea

In case you haven’t noticed from the influx of blank squares appearing on your timeline, Kanye West just released his new album, Donda.

I’m refusing to listen to the thing, because any friend of alleged rapist Marilyn Manson’s and homophobic rapper DaBaby’s is no friend of mine, but there’s a lot of buzz happening about some of the lyrical content on the album and it’s worth reading into as it appears to outline the kind of shit he pulled during his marriage to Kim Kardashian.

Page Six reports that on the song ‘Hurricane,’ West raps: “Here I go actin’ too rich / Here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is / Still playin’ after two kids / It’s a lot to digest when your life always movin’.”

An insider who spoke to the publication claimed that the aforementioned “new chick” is not model Irina Shayk, whom West reportedly had a brief fling with after his marriage to Kim ended.

“If you look closer to the lyrics, he is referring to his infidelity during his marriage with Kim, even after two kids,” the insider continued.

The publication, which has close ties to both West and the Kardashian Kamp, claimed that “multiple sources confirmed the meaning behind the telling lyrics.”

The song also harkens back to that iconic Architectural Digest photoshoot that featured the couples’ home, where Kanye raps that despite living in a mansion, he never went home.

Architectural Digest, but I needed home improvement / Sixty-million-dollar home, never went home to it,” he raps of his struggling marriage.

“Genius gone clueless, it’s a whole lot to risk / Alcohol anonymous, who’s the busiest loser?”

With all of this said, the insiders claim that the alleged affair was not the sole cause of the couples’ split, but rather it was a multitude of things, from that bonkers Kanye West presidential run, to the Twitter rants, and then, of course, the alleged cheating was the cherry on top.

What a mess.
