Ethereal being Helen Mirren is very flattered that people keep confusing her for Keanu Reeves‘ rumoured girlfriend Alexandra Grant, but would like to make it clear once and for all that they are two different people.
Reeves recently stepped out with Grant on the LACMA Art+Film Gala red carpet, and thanks to her striking silver hair and red lipstick, many seemed to think she was the dame at first glance. This chap, just for one:

While walking the red carpet for her new film The Good Liar, Helen Mirren was approached by Entertainment Tonight and asked about the comparisons she’s been copping. Like the class act she is, she responded:
“That was very flattering on me, you know, because she’s obviously lovely. I do know Keanu very well. He did a film with my husband and he is just the most adorable, lovely person. So she’s a lucky girl and I’m sure that he’s a lucky boy.”
So there you have it. We are glad to hear that Keanu is lovely, and have no choice but to continue Stanning Dame Helen.
