The folks behind the Thug Kitchen blog – clean food with a hilariously dirty mouth – have taken things up a notch, with the publication of a brand new cook book, due out early October. If you’re not yet a fan, this trailer should let you know roughly what to expect.
Their aim is to cut through the bullshit with simple and straightforward recipes for delicious dishes made on fresh ingredients. The book includes roasted beer and lime cauliflower tacos, pumpkin chili and grilled peach salsa.
