CALL THE COPS: Some Animal Dared To Use Pre-Made Curry Paste On ‘MKR’

Who would have thought that tonight’s episode of ‘My Kitchen Rules‘ would enter the pantheon of history’s great cheating scandals: Sienna and Jude, Prince Charles and Camilla, Tiger Woods and a whole bunch of people, and, now, Alyse and Matt.

MKR‘ might seem like a lawless hell of arguments, tears and dishes of wildly varying qualities, but, as we’ve discovered tonight, it has one golden rule: you’ve got to make your own fucking curry paste.
Matt and Alyse learnt this the hard way, getting grilled over their choice to use it from a jar:

Audiences were very sympathetic, though, taking into consideration the time constraints these guys are under. Haha, just kidding. These guys got ripped to shreds.

There’s a lesson for all of us here: put peanuts in your satay sauce, you weirdos.

Is it OK to use tinned tomatoes if you didn’t tin them yourself? Is it OK to use butter that you personally didn’t squeeze out of a cow and churn? Is it OK to serve your food on plates that you didn’t put into spin on a pottery wheel and kiln fire? Where does it end? At curry paste, apparently.
