On Friday, the good day, Krispy Kreme will give away 100,000 Original Glazed goodies to celebrate World Doughnut Day. That’s one hundred thousand free doughnuts nationwide, although by nationwide they mean the usual suspects AKA Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Brisbane. But still, FREE DOUGHNUTS.

The giveaway kicks off from opening hours on Friday, 7 June right ’til the end of business or midnight for any of those stores opened late. You can only cop one OG glazed doughnut per person (boo) and the offer is in-store only so don’t rock up to 7-Eleven or whatnot because that trip will end in heartbreak.

Late last month, Macca’s pulled a similar giveaway to celebrate International Burger Day and shit went down. With 250,000 free Quarter Pounders on offer, there were chaotic scenes across the country as punters lined up out the door to get their hands on the burger.
