Former Bachelor In Paradise contestant Sam Cochrane is allegedly threatening legal action against ex-fiancé Tara Pavlovic, Woman’s Day reports.
An insider told the publication that Cochrane wants to stop Pavlovic “bad-mouthing him on social media” following their very public split in June.
“Things have got so bad he is planning to go to court and take an order out to stop her speaking about him publicly,” the source adds.
Last month Sam told the publication that Pavlovic had physically and verbally abused him throughout the course of their relationship.
Since then, Tara has posted two Instagram Story pictures that allege Sam was emotionally abusive, while Sam himself has made another statement via his Instagram account.

Tara later shared her side of the story, admitting that she had abused him.
The couple publicly split in June via Instagram after becoming engaged during the finale of the first season of Bachelor In Paradise Australia in late April.
