Khloé Kardashian Has Been Called Out For Making Fatphobic Comments In Resurfaced 2019 Interview

Khloé Kardashian has come under a fire over a resurfaced interview where she uses fatphobic language.

While appearing on Jay Shetty’s podcast in 2019, the reality star dissed people who complain about their weight while eating unhealthy food and not working out and I’m sorry we can’t all afford personal trainers, chefs and an at-home gym like you, Khlo (not to mention plastic fucking surgery).

The interview resurfaced on TikTok, before going viral on the other social media platforms as well (I first noticed it when it was shared to someone’s Instagram Story yesterday and I rolled my eyes so hard, they’re now lodged into the back of my skull).

“I can’t stand people who are, like, eating a bucket of Haagen-Dazs ice cream and they are like, ‘I’m so fat,’” she said in the viral video.

“And like, they won’t work out, they won’t change their diet, they won’t drink more water, they won’t whatever, but they’re complaining, complaining, complaining,” she continued.

Khloé Kardashian went on to say that plus-size people are in a permanent “victimised state” and don’t do anything to help themselves.

“I’m like well, you’re always going to be in this victimised state because you’re literally not doing any-, you’re not being self-aware. You’re not even looking at your own reflection, saying, ‘okay, what can I do to change things about myself?’ It’s everybody else’s fault.”

Ironically, the interview was first shared by a Khloé Kardashian stan account and I’m not sure if they intended for the video to blow up in the way that it did, but man has it landed their girl in some hot water.
