Serena Williams Is Chuffed Meghan Markle Wore Her Blazer In Dubbo Today

Hello royal fashion watchers, did you wanna know what Meghan Markle‘s wearing for her trot around the noble regional NSW town of Dubbo?

News.com.au know she’s wearing a pair of Aussie designer Outland Denim ‘Harriet‘ jeans ($199.90 HERE, but most sizes are already sold out), with a white Maison Kitsuné blouse ($287), and J.CrewSadie’ suede ankle boots ($250).

Now the outfit is topped off with a long ‘Boss‘ blazer ($203) from Serena Williams‘ fashion line and their ‘Royal‘ collection (ofc), aptly named Serena. That’s what we’re gonna zero in on here, because Williams has noticed her mate showing off her wares and she’s stoked about it.

She’s already even using the Princess’ fashion choice to plug her collection. Check this out:

The blazer is already sold out on the brand’s official website, because of course it is, it is so nice and a royal is wearing it. It’s mostly polyester, made in NY, with patch pockets and only two buttons and a notched collar – and I definitely know what that means, no follow-up questions. The brand describe the jacket as such HERE:

Sometimes you just gotta show ‘em who‘s boss. Our oversized blazer, with its notched collars and patch pockets, works overtime in that department. Throw in the sharp plaid print for a mid-afternoon break of fun.

In case you’re not a rabid royal fan, or alternately not a fan of the greatest tennis player of our time, maybe ever (before you argue: Roger Federer said that and he knows about tennis than you), Williams and Markle are buds. Like Serena Williams was at the Royal Wedding back in May kinda buds.

And in turn, Markle was at Wimbledon back in July to see Williams lose 🙁 the women’s final to Angelique Kerber. Williams spoke about their friendship at at a Wimbledon pre-match press conference earlier this year:

Every year for a couple years she comes out to Wimbledon and has supported me. Now she’s supporting me in a different role, but our friendship is still exactly the same. We have always supported each other, just been there for each other through a lot.

Women. Supporting. Women. Yes.
