Famous people came out in droves to party with Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton after the very well-received sass & bide show at London Fashion Week. The collection was great and the guests in attendance were (surprisingly) high profile. Who knew!?
Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, models Ben Grimes, former models Jacquetta Wheeler and Lisa Snowden, former supermodel and fashion-freaking-icon Twiggy, and designer Matthew Williamson sipped mimosas at Bungalow 8 and chitty-chatted the night away.
Last week in London sass & bide pulled out what is arguably the best collection they’ve produced since kicking off their skinny jean empire way back when.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but sass & bide have really let their aesthetic get pretty tired and repetitive over the last couple of seasons. The new collection ‘Tomorrow The Great’ has finally provided a breath of fresh air – part tribal and part gothic, the shapes are strong, the silhouettes clean and they used some great prints, to offer a unique take on the label’s undeniably distinct clothing.
