Every A-List Celeb Rocked Up At This Red Carpet Wearing The Same Thing

Fact: It’s hard to find a red carpet fashion trend that we can actually get in on.

For starters, celebrity gowns are usually so ~extra~ that there’s no flippin’ way we can justify buying a head-to-toe bedazzled dress for casual Friday night dranks at the pub.

Then there’s the fact every single look usually costs a gazillion bucks because they’re designed by the world’s top designers.

But the LACMA Art + Film Gala Awards red carpet told a refreshingly different story.

From Kim Kardashian to Dakota Johnson and Miranda Kerr, every major A-lister rocked the same, accessible trend: a little black dress (LBD).

Whether the move was #MeToo-inspired or not is unclear, but this is definitely a look they’re all on board with.

Celebs used plunging necklines, raised hems and bold prints to put their own personal spin on the classic style, turning the LBD into one of this summer’s hottest party trends.

Kim Kardashian opted for a goth-inspired slip dress, complete with a Buffy The Vampire Slayer-esque crucifix necklace:

Kourtney Kardashian went for a more minimalist, halterneck design:

Dakota Johnson was giving those vampy vibes, arriving in a caped dress, finished with mesh panels and a giant crystal around her neck:

Miranda Kerr added her usual feminine flair with some pretty af floral details running up the side of her fitted velvet number:

Zoe Kravitz (who, IMO, is possibly one of the most stylish women alive) stepped out in a flawless, off-the-shoulder beaded gown and I am deceased:

St Vincent went out on a limb and showed up wearing a tiger-print mini, complete with puffy ’80s sleeves:

Lana Del Rey had gloves built into her dress’ sleeves (‘cos why the heck not?), with a plunging neckline and sexy thigh-high split:

Billie Lourd broke from convention with a more romantic, floral print design:

Last but not least is Karrueche Tran, who stepped out looking like a legit princess in this lacy, A-line strapless gown:
