Salem From The ‘Sabrina’ Reboot Had A Chilling Adventure On The Red Carpet

To celebrate the premiere of Netflix‘s ’90s reboot The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina this week, the cast gathered on the red carpet to take some snaps and chat all things Spellman.

Leading lady Kiernan Shipka was in attendance alongside Ross Lynch (who plays Harvey Kinkle 2.0) and nawww, they look v. cute together:

Like, I already ship them.

Fellow co-stars Miranda Otto (Zelda Spellman) and Lucy Davis (Hilda Spellman) also lit up the premiere and boy, their casting was goooood.

While we have to admit the whole coven looked bloody wonderful, the REAL star of the red (black?) carpet was none other than the fam’s sassy, trash-talking pet, Salem.

Unlike the OG series (where Salem is played by a puppet), the Netflix reboot features a Salem that’s played by not one, but FIVE living, breathing kitty cats and my god I fkn love everything about this. Ok, actually, I lie. I’m less keen on the news that Kiernan is actually allergic to cats, meaning she can’t get all up and personal with the furry friend for too long – I’d deffo change that if I had the hand of god (or a hectic spellbook) for a day. But I digress.

The best part of Salem’s debut appearance is, undeniably, the priceless pics.

I mean, just LOOK at this handsome devil FFS:

I’m not even a cat person but my god, I’d walk over hot coals for that precious face:

How is he so goddamn ~suave~ tho?? His face is saying ‘this ain’t my first rodeo peeps’ and I, for one, believe him.

Ok now he looks slightly over the whole thing. That or someone spiked his water bowl with a generous dose of catnip beforehand.

Anywhoo, he’s a legend and we can’t wait to see this good boy tear it up on screen.

In spirit of getting you suitably hyped for the premiere on the 26th of October, check out the trailer right here:
