UK company Intelligent Environments has released a campaign to explain to us what we have known for a long, long time: emojis are way better than numbers.
Even for passwords and PIN’s, apparently. The company wants us to soon be using their ‘ready to go’ emoji password system to protect our privacy online, but mainly for Internet banking.
As they explain in the video, humans are visual learners, so we will remember a 4-emoji story better than 4 numbers. Plus, emojis would be much harder to guess than words or numbers.
There’s also over 3 million combinations of emojis, but only around 7000 4-digit combinations of numbers.
But, this might all be a complete waste of time, because let’s face it: ‘
