WATCH: Bravest / Craziest ‘Strayan Ever Scares Off Croc With Single Plugga

At the risk of sounding like a PSA on a late 90s Raw Is War broadcast, for the love of all that is holy, do NOT try this at home.
Studies estimate that there’s around 120 salt water crocodiles in the East Alligator River up in the Kakadu National Park, and it would appear that most of them are in this video.
The swollen rivers up in the great sweaty north have been attracting curious locals as onlookers as the waters swallow up nearby roadways. And of course with waters now lapping at the edges of pathways this now means that those big bitey dinosaurs have much easier access to a quick meal.
One video, taken last week but only really surfacing at the top of them internets today, shows an exceedingly brave woman and her wee little doggo going in for a closer look as a LITERAL PACK OF ACTUAL CROCODILES circle nearby.
Bless the poor little dog’s heart, he appears to have absolutely no idea of the very real danger he’s in, as his human saviour manages to scare off the giant hungry beast with nothing more than a single thong.

BLOODY HELL NO THANK YOU.
As impressive an effort as it is (seriously, you’d feel fkn 10 feet tall after pulling something like that off), there’s a lot of things going right in that little sequence of events that could’ve very easily gone horrifyingly wrong.
There hasn’t been a recorded fatal croc attack in the Kakadu since 1987, but still… maybe keep your little furry m8s well away from the water’s edge, yeah?
VERY GOOD DOGGO THOUGH 3 VOTES.
