This evening the Q And A panel will be graced by the brilliant and hilarious John Waters who’s presently in the country touring his latest one-man show “This Filthy World”.
Waters is the ‘filth’ cinema auteur behind cult classics Pink Flamingos (1972) and Hairspray (1988), has been described as “The Pope Of Trash” by William S. Burroughs (who’s certainly no stranger to a little trash), and is obsessed by what is considered “questionable taste”. He will be discussing the week’s hot issues and weighing-in on audience questions with the other panelists: Labor MP Tanya Plibersek, Liberal Party member Christopher Pyne, singer-songwriter Kate Miller-Heidke, Q And A regular and politico Graham Richardson and economist Judith Sloan.
