That special thing is a collaboration of ridiculously incredible looking soft-serve sundaes by Messina and Sydney’s own pastry whizkid Andy Bowdy, whose maniacal brain for all things sugary and splendid is the stuff of legend. 
For $10,  pick yourself up one of four super ridiculous looking creations. THEY ARE:
LUIGI WILSON: White chocolate and mascarpone mousse, Nutella soft-serve, coffee and tequila-soaked savoiardi biscuits, chocolate hazelnut crumb, Kahlua jelly, and hazelnut praline.

CINNIE BUNSTEIN: Warm cinnamon scroll, cinnamon doughnut soft-serve, peanut praline, crushed toasted peanuts, brown sugar caramel, and baked cheesecake.

YOKO CONO cone: Nutella soft-serve with yuzu-soaked coconut cake, yuzu curd, white chocolate and Nutella ganache, and toasted coconut.

ROCHER FERERRER cone: Nutella soft-serve with milk chocolate feuilletine shards, milk chocolate dip, hazelnut and Nutella ganache, and edible gold leaf.
