Messina Launches Home Delivery, Renders Leaving The House Obsolete

IT’S TRUE. IT’S TRUE. IT’S TRUE. IT’S TRUE.
The makers of ice-cream dreams, Messina, has today launched a home delivery service.
No more queues. No more wrestling with people for a prime-position in front of the freezer. No more getting to the front of the line only to remember that they don’t accept EFTPOS. No more judgement when you go back for seconds. NO MORE.
The store-to-door service has been three years’ of research and development in the making with delivery service partner Suppertime, whose fleet of bikers will be responsible for the safe passage of your salted caramel and white chocolate gelato in specially-designed containers to keep it good and frozen.
“On average, the amount of time that it takes us to get from the restaurant or from the store to the customer is around 10 minutes,” says Suppertime co-founder David Berger. ”We’ve all queued longer for that for Messina!”
Yes, yes we have.
Deliveries will be available in four of Messina’s Sydney gelaterias (Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Bondi and The Star) and its three Melbourne locations in Fitzroy, Richmond and Windsor, with plans to expand if we order as much gelato to our homes / offices as they think we will.
To order Messina direct to your door – GOD, that sounds good – hit up the Suppertime site.
HAPPY FATTENING.
