Supreme Court Rules Ain’t No Way A Cronulla Riots Memorial Is Happening

The NSW Supreme Court has banned a ‘memorial’ rally that a bunch of bogan bigots had planned to ‘commemorate’ the 10-year anniversary of the Cronulla Riots.

NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione launched an 11th-hour court action to blocking the proposed rally from going ahead on Saturday, and thank gawd Justice Christine Adamson agreed anything even remotely resembling a party to celebrate racism is a 110% balls idea.
Prior to the ruling, memorial organiser and leader of far-right Party for Freedom, Nicholas Folkes, said group was willing to compromise on certain details of the rally i.e. size and police presence, but wouldn’t cop to it being cancelled.

“It’s going to go ahead, rain, hail or shine, prison or Supreme Court,” he said.
NSW Police are more than ready to cuff anyone who push on with the rally, regardless of today’s ruling.
“Police will not tolerate unlawful behaviour or any action that risks the safety of others; anyone caught breaking the law will be swiftly arrested and charged,” a spokesperson has said.
BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, shit idea. See you never.
