Still, that does not appear to have deterred one amorous couple, who were allegedly photographed last night having sex just metres from the Myer storefront.
A Reddit user shared an image last night appearing to show a man and a woman absolutely going for it in the fading light. Passers-by can be seen tactically ignoring the scene, or cautiously sneaking a peek in their direction as to not accidentally get too close.
Just took this on Bourke Street and yes, those people on the left are having sex.

Victoria Police state officers were called to the scene around 7:55pm after reports of a couple acting in an indecent manner.
Officers arrested a 27-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman at the scene.
They will be charged with behaving in an offensive manner in a public space and for sexual exposure, a Victoria Police spokesperson said.
It is not the first time in recent memory that unexpected nudity has been observed in Melbourne’s central shopping district. In 2016, a man was arrested after dribbling a soccer ball in the buff down the mall.
Police indicated that man would face charges for wilful and obscene exposure.
