WELP.
Victoria Police have today arrested a man after puzzled onlookers observed him dribbling a soccer ball through Melbourne’s Bourke Street Mall while completely and totally naked.
The incident occurred just prior to 2pm this afternoon near a tram stop in the Bourke St shopping precinct. Bemused shoppers observed the man reportedly calmly kicking the ball around whilst utterly stark naked.
Police approached the 20-year-old man and gave him a sheet to cover up with while they assessed the situation.

Victoria Police spokesperson Sgt. Kim Bramwell confirmed the man had been arrested and would likely be charged over the incident.
“A 20-year-old Ivanhoe man is in custody after being located naked in the Bourke Street Mall just after 2pm today.”
“The male will be interviewed and charged with wilful and obscene exposure.”
No other information about the man’s condition is known at this time.
