With Anthony Albanese all-but guaranteed to take the Labor Party leadership later today, Australians should all be gearing up to see his name pop up far more often than it was before. So too, however, should one very specific Italian man who both a) happens to be an incredibly horny porn cartoonist, and b) happens to have a thousand Australians destroying his social media mentions right now as a direct result of Albanese’s rise to party leadership.

See, Albanese gets about on Twitter under the handle @AlboMP, the MP both serving as a ready signifier of his status as a Federal politician, and a beacon that someone got to the @Albo handle before he did.
Turns out that someone is an Italian artist who pens nothing but insanely dirty cartoons on his feed. And he, it would seem, is none too pleased about it.
In the days since last weekend’s election, the Horny Albo has been getting belted by Australians accidentally tagging the wrong account in a slew of tweets that have very little to do with the cartoon titties he draws on the regular.
