Amy Schumer Has Pulled The Plug On Her Entire Australia / NZ Arena Tour

Bad news, chucklefans. You’re gonna have to wait a little while longer before you can catch Amy Schumer on our shores again.

The stand-up comedian has had to cancel all dates on her planned arena tour of Australia and New Zealand this month, citing illness.
Schumer’s tour was scheduled to begin in Perth this coming Saturday, but touring promotor Live Nation confirmed that the shows will not go ahead, with the comic reportedly too crook to make the trip out here at this time.
Live Nation issued a statement a short while ago confirming the tour’s cancellation, and stated that due to Schumer’s tight workload, the dates can not be rescheduled at this time.

“Live Nation regret to announce that Amy Schumer’s December tour dates will not go ahead due to illness.

Unfortunately, due to Amy Schumer’s tight schedule it is not possible to schedule replacement dates however, we will be working to confirm a return to Australia as soon as is practical.”

Schumer has yet to publicly comment on the tour’s cancellation, however she did perform in San Diego, the last date on an extensive and exhaustive tour of the US and Canada, late yesterday AUS time.
