24-Year-Old Central Coast Man Critical after One-Punch Assault

A 24-year-old man from the NSW central coast is in critical condition following a one-punch assault in early hours of this morning.
SBS News report that emergency services found the man, from Wyong, unconscious in the car park of a pub at Bonnal Road, Erina, at around 12.45am.
Witnesses say that the man was punched in the back of the head by another man following an argument, and then fell and hit his head on the pavement.
Police have appealed to the public to help them find the man involved. He is described as being of “solid build, with a shaved head, and was wearing dark pants and a white shirt.”
The victim was taken to Gosford Hospital with serious head injuries, and has since been transferred to Royal North Shore, where he remains in critical condition.
In October of this year, a 21-year-old Sydney man was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital and placed in an induced coma following a one-punch assault at Bondi Beach.
Infamous one-punch killer Kieran Loveridge, who was jailed after the senseless death of Sydney teenager Thomas Kelly in 2012, recently had his sentence doubled, but has announced plans to appeal
